Ordering-
Placing an order with Ron Disney Sales Co. Pty Ltd can either be done by emailing enquiries@rondisneysales.com.au or sending us a fax. All orders must have a valid purchase order number as well as the company’s details including their ABN. Please note that there is a minimum order value of $200. All orders over $200 will be delivered F.I.S. to capital cities.

Payments-
Ron Disney Sales Co. Pty Ltd accepts cash or cheque. We do not have credit card facilities. Should you wish to make a direct deposit into our account, please contact us and we can provide you with our details. We offer a 5% discount for payments received within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Claims-
You must notify Ron Disney Sales Co. Pty Ltd of any freight errors or goods damaged in transit within 14 days of receipt of goods. No discussion will be entered into after this period. Therefore claims will not be recognised after 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns and freight charges will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been given. Defective merchandise will be replaced with products in good condition as soon as possible after receipt and inspection. 

Terms-
All orders are subject to approval. A current dealer application is required for new accounts prior to delivery and dealer applications may change without prior notice to dealers. Ron Disney Sales Co. Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject Dealer Applications without cause or liability.
